Chris and I had a great dinner. Chris grilled filet mignon and I cooked some asparagus and made homemade bread. It was pretty much amazing. Filet mignon you say?!? Yes. It was in a lovely package from the New York Steak House that was delivered to Chris's parents old house that unfortunately could not be shipped to Canada so we inherited it.
My Grizzly Adams loved it. He was growing out his beard until the scouts Klondike campout in a few weeks, but realized it was getting a little out of control. He had his first official balloon job with my Dad at an elementary school, so we both figured that a trim and cut were in order.
Today Chris showed off his handyman skills by building some shelves for our totes downstairs. He did a great job and our basement is looking fabulous...well, as far as basements go. :)

That meal looks yummy. What a sweet shelf too, my hubs would LOVE to do crap like that, one day when we have a garage:)
Look at that! What a great handyman you've got. Those shelves look awesome!
