Birthday Bash

Well, I am now officially a quarter of a century old. Saturday was my birthday and Chris had all kinds of suprises for me. First, we went to Ft. Wayne for some shopping. I did this with my parents for my 9th and 15th birthday so it was fun to go again. I got some clothes and had a great time with Chris. The mall had a carousel in the middle of the food court. Chris and I attempted to get a picture with it in the background.

After the mall, I thought we might be going to dinner with my family. Chris said we had some down time before our next destination so we could stop in. A couple days before Chris had said there was a secret present in the basement and that I wasn't allowed to go down there. He made me close my eyes on the way in the house so that I wouldn't see it. We got to the living room, he unveiled my eyes and I heard a big "SUPRISE!!!!" and I was attacked with silly string. haha It was a GREAT suprise. Chris remembered that I'd never had a suprise party before so he took this opportunity. What a great husband! The party was great fun and a wonderful suprise!! Thank you to all those who helped and contributed! And thank you for the great gifts too!

Kade's birthday is two days after mine so the party was for him too. Chris and I got him some Nerf darts (to go along with another present he was getting with his parents) and Chris showed Kade how to shoot them through PBC pipes.

Cassie and my Mom were at the party too. Sorry I don't have pictures of you two!
This is Chris showing off his present wrapping skills. Seriously...I asked if had got it done at the store and he didn't! He did it himself. Hehad the wrapping and ribbons to prove it.
