Herman Miller

For the first time, I have a real Christmas tree. I don't know if I'm totally in favor of it yet or not. The artificial ones are pretty low maintenance and still look good (maybe even better than a real one, but I suppose that depends on the tree you get). Becky, my roommate and her brother, Jason, and I went to get a tree last weekend. We found a lot in Plymouth at the man's house named Mr. Miller. He was so kind and really fun. We picked out the tree and I got to saw it down. I think Mr. Miller was getting a little impatient with my lack of speed because he said, "Let's go to a two man saw" and helped me saw the rest of the way through.

Mr. Miller and Jason tied it to the car and we were on our way. As Becky and I got into one side of the car, we heard Mr. Miller say to Jason, "Good luck with those women." haha We felt....ok, more like I felt...that the tree deserved a name and I chose Herman. We decided we like Mr. Miller so much that the tree should keep his surname. So, our tree is Herman Miller. He's a nice addition to the apartment.
